What Our CUSTOMERS HAVE TO Say About GROW Tunnels

Frequently Asked Questions
ABOUT the MINI Grow Tunnel

  • Absolutely. The best place to start is to work out how much fresh produce you eat each week and then work out how much space you need to grow it. From there you can determine the best size tunnel you require.

  • We can’t guarantee that 100% but as long as no-one leaves the door open, your veggies should be much safer inside your GROW Tunnel. Animals such as birds and rabbits will find it much harder to munch on all your hard work.

  • Yes, home grown flowers are very popular inside our tunnels and can easily be grown on their own or alongside other crops. Pots are a great way to achieve this if you're short of space.

  • This depends on where you are located, but regardless of location you should be able to cultivate most crops. The time of year for cultivation will vary depending on your location e.g. subtropical vs. temperate climates.

One of the huge benefits of a polytunnel is that it extends the seasons by providing extra warmth during the winter months and prevents heavy rain and wind from damaging your crops all year round.

  • This comes down to lots of factors and is largely down to the person doing the growing. There are however a number of recommended extras designed to help you achieve optimum crop health.

Including a retractable internal shade net in your tunnel will allow you to regulate the amount of shade and sun your crops get.

Fans are also a great tool for increasing air flow and keeping the temperature lower in the hottest times of the year. Depending on your level of growing experience and time commitment, sensors can help take a lot of the guesswork out of growing and save you time too.
